By purchasing Dedicated Servers, VPS Hosting, or Shared Hosting online from Sixthstar Technologies, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Hosting Service Scope
Sixthstar Technologies provides online server infrastructure products categorized under three primary plans:
Bare-metal server hardware allocation with dedicated CPU cores, RAM, enterprise NVMe storage, and unmetered network port speeds.
Virtual Private Servers with guaranteed KVM virtualization resources, root access, and customizable Linux/Windows operating systems.
High-speed cPanel shared web hosting for small businesses and developers with automated free SSL certificates and 1-click installer.
2. Online Payments, Pricing & Billing
- Online Checkout: All server hosting orders are placed online via our secure cart. Payments are processed immediately using supported gateways (UPI, Cards, NetBanking).
- GST & Invoicing: Prices exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST 18%) unless specified. GST tax invoices are generated automatically upon order payment.
- Subscription Renewals: Hosting plans recur monthly or annually depending on your chosen billing term. Non-payment by the due date may result in server suspension after a 7-day grace period.
3. Uptime SLA & Server Performance
Sixthstar guarantees a 99.99% network uptime SLA for all Dedicated Server, VPS, and Shared Hosting plans. Our Tier III datacenter network ensures redundant power, hardware failover, and continuous monitoring.
4. Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP)
Clients must not utilize Sixthstar hosting servers for illegal activities, malware distribution, unauthorized vulnerability scanning, outbound DDoS attacks, or sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM). Violations result in immediate service suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sixthstar Technologies shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability under any server hosting agreement is strictly capped at the hosting fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes regarding online server orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
